Fragrance Subscription Boxes ship four times a month, so it depends on when you subscribed to the service. We ship on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th of each month and the delivery deadline is 7 days before. So here are the guidelines that show when your first month will ship: Subscribe 1st - 7th of the month - Will ship on the 14th of the month; Subscribe from 8th to 14th of the month - Will ship on the 21st of the month; Subscribe from 15th to 21st of the month - Will ship on the 28th of the month; Subscribe on the 22nd - Last day of the month - Will be sent on the 7th of the month; Once your ScentBox is shipped, please allow 7-12 business days for delivery.
Unfortunately no, we currently do not allow exchanges or refunds on monthly box subscriptions.
Your credit card will initially be charged for your first month when you place your subscription order. You will then be billed each month 7 days prior to the shipping date (shipping dates are the 7th, 14th, 21st, or 28th depending on when you placed your order). You can view your monthly shipping date in your account. Your ScentBox subscription will automatically renew each month and you can cancel anytime before the billing date.
Yes, if you upgrade to our 6 or 12 month discounted subscription rates, you will be billed in advance and your subscription will automatically renew for that period of time, you can cancel at the end of the subscription term. We cannot offer refunds for the remaining months of the subscription period.

If you signed up for our Deluxe Plan, you will receive 2 options per month, each filled in our unique 8ml/0.27oz Travel Atomizers.
ScentBucks is our Rewards Program to reward members every month. You get 15% back in ScentBucks on your monthly subscription fee 10% back in ScentBucks on any other purchase outside of your subscription (full-size bottles, extra cases, atomizers, gift subscriptions, etc). ScentBucks can be applied to purchases outside of your subscription, and you can apply ANY balance you may have, so if they have $2.18 and you are buying an extra case for $9.95, you can apply your balance of ScentBucks first. Applying ScentBucks is done at checkout, there will be a button to apply your ScentBucks near where you entered a coupon code (if you have a ScentBucks balance greater than zero). You can view your account balance under My Rewards, it's in the members menu under My Referrals. Members will receive their ScentBucks for their monthly subscription fee as soon as they are shipped by box (usually within 1 business day).
