Shipping costs are $10 for retail customers on all orders under $99 and $15 for trade customers on all orders under $249.
We generally require 1-4 business days to process and dispatch orders. This is not inclusive of orders made from 12pm Friday afternoon and over the weekend.
Although our team do their best to ensure orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days, in times of higher than normal order volume, we hold the right to extend this timeframe.
The shipping times mentioned below are an estimate only, and are based on information provided from Australia Post. All parcels are sent via Australia Post e-Parcel.
Items such as salon equipment, furniture, and dangerous goods are excluded from the times mentioned.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.
Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period.
It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve any items that Beautopia deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe. Beautopia will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition. Beautopia takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered post.
Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges. Once Beautopia receives your returned item and deem it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it.
WARRANTIES & REPAIRS
All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer and not that of Beautopia. These warranties are offered by the manufacturer, who specify the warranty periods and may vary for each product.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If we're unable to source item/s you've purchased, we can either backorder the product and dispatch once it's in store, or refund the item/s.
I purchased the incorrect items/no longer want my order - can I cancel?
Once an order has been confirmed, we're unable to make any amendments or cancellations. If you no longer want/need the products you've purchased, you will need to send the items back to us for an exchange/refund.
Can I return something I've purchased?
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on an item you purchased from us - simply contact us within 30 days of your order date.
Change of Mind
If you've had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo or short video of the fault.
Allergy Return
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you.
Beautopia has no control over manufacturer warranty and repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. Therefore Beautopia has no control as to the time frame. In saying that, Beautopia will do all that it can to ensure that it is handled as quickly as possible, updating you through the process. If the faulty item cannot be repaired, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Beautopia has, as a condition of sale, a back to base warranty on all our products, postage is to be paid by customer and once warranty claim is accepted you will receive email updates which will indicate Beautopia will repair or replace the item and post back. If a warranty claim is denied the customer will need to pay costs of repairing the item and the return freight cost. Beautopia will replace any dead on arrival items within 7 days of receiving that item. Warranty will be denied for items that are deemed to have been intentionally damaged or damaged due to misuse or user error.
