We have a QA team to check your order products before they are packed and sent, but sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary. All of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order.

- Orders cancelled before shipped will be eligible for a full refund.

● For Shoes, Accessories Category:
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
● For Lighting Category:
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 60% of product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Tips:

Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam to allow minor modifications.
Size Deviation
If by any chance the actual size of your dress differs from the information of your order by more than 1 inch, we encourage you to go for a local tailor for alterations. And we are glad to compensate you for up to 100% for your tailoring cost. Please remember to request a receipt from the tailor and hold it as a copy, as it must be provided when requiring compensation. You can also send the dress back to us at your own cost, we are willing to offer a free resizing service or a partial/full refund.
