That last point is echoed by many VPN companies, so it's important to know where these companies are located and under what legal jurisdiction they operate. Some countries have more privacy-friendly laws than others, after all. The company behind TorGuard is VPNetworks LLC, which is located in the US. USA And it operates under its legal jurisdiction.
