As more and more Australians enjoy a plant-based diet, eating enough protein is key. That’s why our Head Nutritionist, Ryan Pinto, has worked closely with The Chef to make sure all our plant-based meals now have at least 20g or more of quality plant-based protein.
The Chef has used a wide range of plant-based proteins such as tofu and vegan meat alternatives, as well as nutritional yeast, lentils, chickpeas, beans and of course, lots of veggies!
