With his background in digital marketing for commercial clients, Ryan contributes his expertise to Faire Leather Co. both as founder and Chief Brand Officer. At Faire, Ryan is responsible for managing the image of Faire and building a unified culture while increasing its value. Known as a feedback aware brand, Ryan is also responsible for consumer engagement and being mindful and sensitive to consumer feedback to translate them into market insights and developments for the brand.
Faire Leather Co. products are covered by a 12-month warranty (from the date of purchase), given that:
1. The product is used for the purpose intended
2. The product is used under normal conditions
3. The product is not subject to extreme conditions, neglect, accidents or abuse
Please note that this warranty only covers workmanship faults and material defects under responsible use. This warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. The warranty does not cover purchases made on online auction sites or other unauthorised resellers. Do note that shipping/transportation charges may apply accordingly. If any defect noticed upon receipt, product should remain unused. Once used, no exchange is applicable.

For return/exchange due to receiving the wrong item or a defective product, Faire Leather Co. will do an inspection to ensure that the item is in its original condition before approving the return or exchange.
Faire Leather Co.'s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Processing time is approximately 7 business days.
