I need to cancel or amend my order
Most of the time it won't be possible to amend an order once it's been placed. As soon as you realise you need to make a change, please get in touch so our Guest Service Centre can check if this is possible. We can't make any amendments more than 24 hours after your order was placed.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after placing it, however if your order has left our warehouse you'll need to follow our free returns procedure. Any cancellations made within 14 days will also be entitled to a refund of your delivery charge. Orders can't be cancelled if personalised, or if we're too far along the order process.
If your order is a Disney Partner Product, we'll need to check with the vendor if a cancellation is possible. Please get in touch, and we'd be happy to check this for you.
My order hasn't arrived
All of us at shopDisney.co.uk are working hard to ensure you receive the best possible service. At this unprecedented time there may be some disruption to your order that is outside of our control as our delivery partners experience delays. Please bear in mind this is in addition to the estimated delivery date provided when you made your order.
Once you've placed an order we'll keep you updated on the progress of your delivery so keep an eye out for emails from us.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping email with a link to track your parcel. If you've placed a large order, or you've ordered a Disney Partner Product, each parcel will have its own tracking number so bear this in mind when checking your emails.
Standard delivery:
Orders placed on standard delivery will arrive within five working days. If your order hasn't arrived after this time, please check your tracking for any updates. You can see a breakdown of Hermes tracking updates here.
Express delivery:
Orders placed on express delivery will arrive on the next working day, as long as you ordered before 4pm. If your order hasn't arrived after this time, please check your tracking for any updates. You can see a breakdown of Hermes tracking updates here.
Once your parcel is out for delivery, you'll receive a text message with a two hour window for when you can expect your parcel. If you're not at home to receive your delivery, you can reply to this and ask the courier to leave your parcel with a neighbour. Parcels may also be left in what the delivery driver deems a secure location, for example in a porch or outhouse, or by an enclosed area of your property. If the courier delivered your parcel in a safe area, there'll be a note and photo on your tracking so you know where it's been left.

DVDs and Blu-Rays
DVDs and Blu-Rays are shipped by Royal Mail and take up to five working days to arrive. Please check with a neighbour and around your property, as this may have been left in a safe place by your postman. Sorry, we can't provide tracking details for these items.
Disney Partner Products
If you've ordered a Disney Partner Product it may take a little longer for you to receive your shipping email as these items are sent directly from our vendor. Most Disney Partner Products are shipped by Hermes, and you can track your Disney Partner item on the Hermes website with your tracking number included in your tracking email. You may need to remove the hyphens within your tracking number.
If you aren't home to receive your delivery, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour and email you a digital calling card. You may need to check your junk or spam filters for this. It may have also been left in what the delivery driver deems a secure location, for example in a porch or outhouse, or by a enclosed area of your property. You should be able to see this safe location on your Hermes tracking.

Is the item a Disney Partner Product? These are shipped directly from our vendor as opposed to from our warehouse, so won't arrive in the same box as the rest of your order. Disney Partner Products can take up to 20 working days to arrive, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with details on how to track these items. If there's hyphens in the tracking number you've been given, we'd recommend removing them before you try and track your order on the Hermes website.
Media items (DVDs and Blu-ray) take up to 5 working days to arrive, and will be sent in a different parcel to the rest of your order. These are sent by Royal Mail, and don't have tracking details.
Large orders may be sent in separate parcels, and you'll receive a shipping email with tracking links for each parcel.
