We have several qualified corsetieres who are experts in fitting all figure types. They are available to answer any questions by phone-fax or email. This is a free service. Our fitters actually fit in our shop everyday so they have the experience and knowledge of our bras.

Virtual Fitting Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I have to take my shirt off? We understand the fitting process can feel very confronting, this is why we have set up a private room so that it is only a one-on-one consultation. But yes, when you're with the Fitter, and when you are comfortable you can remove your top and leave your bra on.  We will ask you to stand and rotate so we are able to see the full fitting of the bra.

Can I get a Virtual Fitting anytime I want? Currently our hours for the Virtual fittings are as follows (QLD TIME). We will be looking at either extending these in the future. If these times do not suit you currently please let us know and we will see how we may be able to help.

Monday - Sunday- 9:30am - 4pm

How long does a Virtual Appointment take? Like an in-store fitting it can vary, we recommend allowing 30 minutes for the appointment although it may take longer or be shorter in time.

Will the Virtual Fitting cost me? We do not charge for any fittings, if you choose to purchase a bra/s prior to, or after the Virtual fitting, this will be your only cost. Our goal is always to ensure that we find the customer the best possible fitting and new bra wardrobe.

What if I don't have FaceTime or Skype? You can download Skype to your computer, phone or tablet device very easily. All you need is an internet connection.
